Description

  • Develop and optimize the machine learning architecture for trading strategies.
  • Drive the full research cycle from hypothesis generation to production deployment and performance monitoring.
  • Refine and improve existing machine learning models to increase effectiveness and profitability.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in data processing pipelines and execution strategies.
  • Implement ideas into production and validate them against real-world data and results.
  • Own the product’s ML direction and help scale the system’s profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Senior ML Engineer or ML Lead role.
  • Proven track record of developing profitable ML models or trading strategies.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and probability theory.
  • Ability to operate in high-uncertainty environments and validate hypotheses with data.
  • Experience writing high-performance, production-ready code.
  • Python as a primary language.
  • Experience with NumPy, numba, and PyTorch or JAX.
  • Experience in algorithmic trading or deep expertise in cryptocurrency markets (preferred).
  • Proficiency in C++ for reading and optimizing latency-critical code paths (preferred).
  • Strong academic background such as competition accolades, Kaggle achievements, scientific publications, or a top-tier DS program (preferred).
  • Interest in mentoring and team development (preferred).
