Description

  • Build and automate MLOps pipelines with Amazon SageMaker Pipelines and MLflow.
  • Deploy and manage SageMaker inference endpoints and Amazon Bedrock integrations with cost and latency controls.
  • Implement AgentOps/LLMOps frameworks, including multi-agent orchestration, prompt evaluation, guardrails, and RAG pipelines.
  • Operationalize low-latency STT/TTS voicebot pipelines on hybrid and cloud GPU infrastructure.
  • Optimize NVIDIA A100/L40S and AWS EC2 GPU resources for model training, fine-tuning, and inference.
  • Establish secure ML CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI/CD and Terraform or AWS CDK.
  • Integrate tokenization, de-identification, and format-preserving encryption into ML data pipelines.
  • Implement monitoring for telemetry, model performance, drift, and AI/ML cost anomalies using CloudWatch and Splunk.
  • Collaborate with data, AI architecture, and cloud teams on vector retrieval, Spark/EMR-on-EKS, and tokenization systems.
  • Create MLOps runbooks, deployment procedures, governance documentation, and disaster recovery playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on MLOps, DataOps, or Platform Engineering experience focused on Amazon SageMaker.
  • Experience deploying Generative AI, LLM/SLM models, Amazon Bedrock, agentic frameworks, and RAG pipelines.
  • Hands-on MLflow experience for experiment tracking, model registry, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience optimizing and orchestrating NVIDIA A100/L40S or AWS GPU instances for training and real-time STT/TTS inference.
  • Proficiency with ML CI/CD using GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or AWS CDK.
  • Knowledge of LLMOps/AgentOps tools, Bedrock Guardrails, prompt evaluation, and vector databases.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, tokenization, and format-preserving encryption for sensitive data.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English; AWS certifications, telecom AI experience, EMR-on-EKS, Starburst/Athena, or Apache Iceberg experience preferred.
