Description

  • Co-manage Minted’s Interior Designer Trade Program to improve the platform and value proposition.
  • Drive designer acquisition and activation to support fine art sales growth.
  • Generate new leads and leverage existing relationships to increase sales.
  • Execute the program’s marketing strategy across email, social outreach, onboarding, and education.
  • Identify and size opportunities that can create step-change sales impact and scale the program.
  • Procure and deliver fine art recommendations for residential and commercial projects upon request.
  • Attend tradeshows and represent Minted in meetings, lunch-and-learns, and other partner-facing events.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Minted brand and advocate for program designers by gathering feedback and informing program improvements.
  • Own reporting and maintain the program budget.
  • Co-manage a Trade Associate to deliver best-in-class service to the interior designer community.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 7-10+ years of combined interior design industry experience and B2B sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of driving ROI-positive marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility with a discerning eye for high-end interior design and art curation.
  • High EQ with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to represent the Minted brand and fine art product line to external audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders not directly under management.
  • Ability to travel.
