Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned strategic alliance partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other channel partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies, set goals, and drive accountability for partner performance and growth.
  • Lead partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities generated through partner channels.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Create and execute targeted plans to increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop measurable activation plans and success metrics for each partnership.
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with partners.
  • Analyze partnership performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive-level partner stakeholders and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, channel sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, TPAs, benefits consultants, or brokers.
  • Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to generate, influence, and close new business opportunities through partner channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
