Description

  • Identify and prioritize organizations that can introduce, distribute, recommend, or co-sell AlphaHire Intelligence.
  • Build relationships with senior executives, partners, practice leaders, association leaders, and other ecosystem decision-makers.
  • Develop the strategic and commercial case for partnering with AlphaHire.
  • Determine the appropriate partnership model, including referral, co-selling, channel, distribution, research, data, or enterprise-access arrangements.
  • Lead initial partnership conversations and executive discovery.
  • Qualify each partner’s buyer access, market credibility, commercial alignment, and revenue potential.
  • Develop partnership proposals and activation plans with AlphaHire leadership.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved parameters.
  • Establish account ownership, referral attribution, opportunity-registration, and communication processes.
  • Convert partnership agreements into introductions, qualified opportunities, and revenue.
  • Coordinate partner-enabled briefings, demos, events, research discussions, and market initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activity, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Monitor partnership performance and focus on relationships that produce measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Represent AlphaHire using approved positioning, research, and commercial materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives, managing directors, partners, and practice leaders.
  • Experience developing and closing partnership models such as referral, co-selling, channel, distribution, research, data, or enterprise-access arrangements.
  • Ability to lead executive discovery and initial partnership conversations.
  • Experience qualifying partner organizations for buyer access, credibility, alignment, and revenue potential.
  • Ability to develop proposals, activation plans, and commercial terms.
  • Experience negotiating within approved parameters and setting clear operational processes.
  • Ability to track partner activity, introductions, opportunities, and revenue accurately.
  • Strong focus on converting partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in roles such as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Alliances Director, Channel Sales Director, Partner Development Director, Ecosystem Partnerships Director, Business Development Director, Client Partner, Managing Director, or Industry/Practice Leader (preferred).
