Description

  • Develop opportunities and manage sales accounts across the assigned region.
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities with channel partners and drive pipeline growth.
  • Build relationships with senior executives to understand customer priorities and accelerate the deal process.
  • Articulate Mendix’s value proposition at both technical and business levels.
  • Map formal and informal buying processes within customer organizations.
  • Identify approvers, decision makers, and influencers, and create strategies to reduce risk and build deal confidence.
  • Lead the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities.
  • Communicate regularly with the extended team on account and opportunity development.
  • Absorb and analyze market feedback and share insights with the product team to help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets.
  • Experience building and managing customer executive relationships at the highest levels.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and coordinating an extended team.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly.
  • Strong orientation toward team communication and collaboration.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce to maintain a current and accurate pipeline.
  • High energy and strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
