Description

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, engineering, operations, and finance teams to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor across globally distributed departments.
  • Lead the deals desk and pricing strategy and operations to drive profitable deal structures and commercial terms.
  • Support the commercial evaluation of new products and business expansion initiatives.
  • Work with teams across the business to align pricing, compensation, commercial terms, and financial operations with company strategy.
  • Support the design, analysis, and management of commission structures.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including performance reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop dashboards and enhanced KPI metrics to measure commercial performance and support strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic sales alignment, pricing strategies, and new product development.
  • Support commercial success by delivering analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role.
  • Experience working in a global organisation is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex commercial concepts to non-commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with sales, product, engineering, and legal teams is highly regarded.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex commercial challenges.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while staying connected to a global remote team.
