Description

  • Provide end-to-end quote-to-signature support, including quote creation, pricing approvals, order form generation, and Salesforce opportunity closure.
  • Manage quote queues and approval workflows while maintaining timely responses and strong organizational standards.
  • Drive deal momentum by resolving blockers during month-end and quarter-end periods.
  • Provide pricing insights, product guidance, and analytical support for complex or non-standard deals.
  • Help administer the Roadrunner CPQ and Ironclad CLM platforms, including price books and legal workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity and system hygiene across CPQ, CLM, and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate order management and accurate product and partner attribution across internal systems.
  • Document Deal Desk processes and procedures to support operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to streamline deal execution, maintain compliance, and resolve issues.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional contact for deal-related matters.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Deal Desk experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience administering CPQ and CLM tools preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace offerings preferred.
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume periods, with schedule flexibility during month-end and quarter-end.
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales contracts, including identifying risks in deal terms and structures.
  • Ability to travel for quarterly QBRs.
  • Must be located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zone.
