Description

  • Maximize order intake, sales, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure long-term account profitability.
  • Create and implement the regional sales and channel partner strategy.
  • Develop sales plans, forecasts, and actions to achieve sales targets and commercial objectives.
  • Manage key account relationships at multiple levels, including executive-level contacts.
  • Work with channel partners where required to support regional growth.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM and manage sales pipeline and activity reporting.
  • Analyze win and loss deals, customer satisfaction, market developments, competition, and trends.
  • Share customer feedback internally and coordinate with operations, marketing, and product specialists to ensure delivery to the customer.
  • Represent Medis at trade shows, on-site demonstrations, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical imaging, IT, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Medical IT, imaging, hospitals, clinics, cardiology, radiology, or a complex B2B environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of complex market and channel structures.
  • Experience leading teams directly or by influence.
  • International business experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the company externally.
  • Customer-oriented, representative, responsible, flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
  • Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and confident speaking and presenting to small and medium-sized groups.
