Description

  • Own commercial execution against Omada’s long-range growth ambitions with accountability for near-term performance and long-term scale.
  • Build and execute a multi-year commercial plan that sequences capabilities, channels, and investments against growth priorities.
  • Lead the full commercial organization with P&L ownership, budget authority, resource allocation, and final decision-making on commercial resourcing.
  • Expand Omada’s presence across health plans, PBMs, employers, Medicare, government, health systems, and other strategic growth channels.
  • Drive payer and employer sales to meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets while pursuing new channels and business models.
  • Own the commercial strategy to expand access through Medicare and other important market access pathways.
  • Partner with government affairs and market access stakeholders on payer advocacy and policy-related growth priorities.
  • Build the commercial organization for the company’s next stage of scale, including talent acquisition, organizational redesign, and new functions.
  • Integrate AI throughout the commercial organization to improve productivity and create measurable financial impact.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to create market feedback loops, shape value propositions, and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Work closely with the B2C leader to align B2B sales, consumer marketing, digital acquisition, and channel strategy.
  • Serve as an Executive Leadership team member and help define long-term strategy, resources, culture, and priorities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial leadership experience with a track record of scaling organizations through order-of-magnitude growth.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health services where clinical outcomes and commercial success are closely linked.
  • Proven success in payer and employer sales, including Medicare and large self-insured accounts.
  • Experience navigating regulatory-dependent market expansion and the intersection of commercial strategy and health policy.
  • History of building commercial organizations from earlier-stage to large-scale rather than inheriting mature teams.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year commercial transformations that shape long-term performance.
  • Bold, decisive leadership style with a bias toward action and high-quality decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to influence peers, drive cross-functional alignment, and put the company first.
  • Natural pioneer with experience opening new channels, creating new business models, or entering new markets.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, outcomes-based contracting, and healthcare economics.
  • Experience with government affairs or payer advocacy is preferred.
  • Ability to build phased, multi-year commercial operating plans and make disciplined investment timing decisions.
  • Experience orchestrating enterprise sales and consumer marketing to improve conversion and enrollment.
  • Strong systems thinking and experience implementing enabling technologies and processes for a scaling organization.
  • Expertise in performance management, resource allocation, and organizational design across multiple stages of growth.

  • National base compensation range of $400,000 to $445,000.
