Description

  • Drive strategic growth by self-sourcing and qualifying enterprise opportunities within a vertical and semi-regional focus.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles and close complex, high-value SaaS deals, including seven-figure contracts.
  • Engage and influence senior decision-makers such as CMOs, CTOs, VPs of Digital/Ecommerce, and customer experience leaders.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities across enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage marketing and event-generated leads while proactively sourcing and closing net new ARR.
  • Identify champions, navigate layered buyer environments, and execute technical selling to deliver differentiated solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to accelerate deal cycles and client transitions.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets through a disciplined, strategic sales approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing and closing enterprise deals exceeding $1M.
  • Experience in ESP, Personalization, CDP, or adjacent MarTech industries preferred.
  • Deep network within B2C organizations and experience engaging executives in digital, eCommerce, marketing, and customer experience roles.
  • Strategic and consultative sales mindset with strong problem-solving and value-driven selling focus.
  • Ability to navigate conversations with both marketing and IT stakeholders.
  • Highly disciplined and self-motivated, with a track record of generating opportunities and exceeding quotas.
  • Team-first leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies and market shifts.
  • Location required: Mountain or West Coast.

  • $160,000 to $185,000 annual base salary, adjusted based on experience and location.
