Description

  • Identify and win new contract opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem and IBM Maximo/EAM clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, consulting partners, end clients, and other recruiters for split deals and collaboration.
  • Drive outbound business development through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market mapping to create demand rather than wait for it.
  • Monitor live job postings and marketplaces, convert job adverts into owned opportunities, and match bench consultants to immediate roles.
  • Actively market available consultants (bench sales) using a candidate-led approach, presenting consultants before roles exist and creating demand around strong profiles.
  • Take and qualify job briefs, source and qualify candidates when required, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to submission, interview and close.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms and own the relationship and deal through to closure.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of clients, opportunities and active deals with an expectation to begin generating deals from Month 2 onwards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in tech recruitment, with contract recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment and/or business development, including winning clients and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads from job boards and outbound activity and to convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Experience selling consultants into the market and executing bench sales.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Salesforce, IBM Maximo/EAM, AI, Cloud, or Data (preferred).
  • Commercially driven, comfortable with outbound business development, and entrepreneurial with the ability to self-manage.
  • Willingness to work in a performance-based, commission-led role (high earning potential tied to results).
  • Comfort with remote working and flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time).
