Description

  • Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects across hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers.
  • Drive adoption of prediction market contracts and tokenized real-world asset offerings among institutional clients.
  • Position Crypto.com’s full ecosystem, including the Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD liquidity, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments, to meet client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to achieve a seamless time-to-trade.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients and drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide market and competitor feedback to Product and Strategy teams on prediction platforms, CFD brokerage trends, RWA developments, client pain points, and regional regulation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and forecasts, and report on KPIs such as trading volume, AUM, contract notional, and transaction flow.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategies while managing personal sales targets and book of business.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management in FinTech, Traditional Finance, or a regulated derivatives/exchange environment.
  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in the digital asset space.
  • Solid understanding of spot and derivatives trading, custodial workflows, and familiarity with prediction markets or RWA products.
  • Strong understanding of CFD products and the retail brokerage ecosystem, including broker-LP relationships and A-book/B-book models.
  • Hands-on experience at or selling into a CFD or retail broker is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of prediction market structures or tokenized real-world assets; hands-on sales or BD experience in either vertical is a strong plus.
  • An existing network of institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA, including crypto-native funds, HFT firms, asset managers, family offices, and retail/CFD brokers.
  • Ability to discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-account structures, and on-chain settlement mechanics with technical client teams.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and volume targets across multiple product types.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage portfolio managers, operations heads, broker CEOs, and C-suite leaders.
  • A startup mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as market conditions, product offerings, and regulations evolve across APAC and EMEA.
