Description

  • Manage the full talent acquisition process from job requisition and intake meetings through pre-onboarding.
  • Proactively source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Use advanced search techniques and tools to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify hiring needs and expectations.
  • Provide recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and respond to candidate questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, internship initiatives, and talent pipelining with tertiary institutions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Benefits

  • Salary of ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 per month.
  • Remote full-time work arrangement.
