Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms.
  • Engage prospective talent through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of SG&A roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows and results.
  • Support recruiting efforts for finance, people/HR, legal, policy, communications, and other G&A functions.
  • Collaborate with sourcers and recruiters to drive hiring for critical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record hiring for SG&A roles.
  • Experience supporting finance, people/HR, legal, policy, communications, or other G&A roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating sourcing effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs.
  • Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Resilient and creative problem solver who can troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly.
  • Direct, succinct communicator who practices active listening and thoughtful engagement.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability aligned with the business mission.
  • Low ego and high curiosity, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
