Description

  • Design and implement a scalable lead generation system to acquire customers across multiple regions.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns using SEO, paid advertising, LinkedIn, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Use AI-based lead generation platforms to optimize prospecting, outreach, and targeting.
  • Oversee Google AdWords, PPC, and other paid advertising strategies.
  • Build and maintain a lead management system within Salesforce CRM to support automation and conversion tracking.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows for email and drip campaigns.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies and optimize landing pages and content for lead conversion.
  • Track lead generation KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies based on data.
  • Work closely with the sales team, content marketers, and designers to align campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Lead the implementation of account-based marketing strategies for high-value clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Experience in the technology industry, such as CRM, Salesforce, SaaS, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, AI-driven lead generation tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, LinkedIn advertising, and SEO optimization.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, campaign performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and outbound/inbound lead generation.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Excellent project management, execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
