Description

  • Update Bullhorn CRM records, including company profiles, contacts, job postings, and organizational details.
  • Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and organized for recruiters.
  • Research insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers to identify new decision-makers and hiring contacts.
  • Gather contact information and reporting structures for target leads.
  • Monitor client and prospect websites and job boards for newly posted roles.
  • Flag open positions for recruiter outreach.
  • Build target company lists and track hiring trends.
  • Provide quick research summaries to support the business development team.

Requirements

  • Strong online research skills with the ability to quickly gather accurate information.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • CRM experience, with Bullhorn preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Interest in the insurance or recruiting industry is a plus.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed.
