Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Taft-Hartley market, including pipeline generation, deal progression, and bookings ownership from prospecting through close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with labor stakeholders such as fund administrators, union trustees, benefits consultants, and brokers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on the collective bargaining landscape and communicate Maven's clinical and financial value to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, and Product on market feedback, RFP/RFI responses, Labor positioning, and implementation handoffs.
  • Represent Maven at labor industry conferences, trade shows, and fund events to increase brand awareness and source opportunities.
  • Act as an internal thought leader for the Labor market by sharing field intelligence and helping refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Support complex multi-employer sales cycles and navigate the governance structures of health and welfare funds.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Labor healthcare sales or consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex contracts in the collectively bargained marketplace and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Deep expertise in the Taft-Hartley market, including health & welfare fund operations, collective bargaining strategy, trustee decision-making, and ERISA.
  • An existing network of fund administrators, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to tailor complex clinical and financial narratives for trustees, fund administrators, and benefits consultants.
  • Growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Comfort with approximately 50% travel.
  • Ability to interpret and discuss performance metrics and financial models with stakeholders across levels.
  • Active work authorization in the US.
