Description

  • Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, CRM pipelines, lead stages, and automated email, SMS, follow-up, and nurture sequences.
  • Connect forms, landing pages, calendars, booking flows, funnels, and CRM workflows to capture, route, track, and follow up with leads.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, lead-generation funnels, and booking flows to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.
  • Create and manage ManyChat Instagram DM automations, including keyword triggers, qualification flows, automated replies, and lead-capture sequences.
  • Integrate ManyChat and other marketing platforms with GoHighLevel using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
  • Monitor automation, lead flow, funnel conversion, and campaign performance; troubleshoot workflow and integration issues to prevent lead leakage.
  • Use AI tools to repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and short-form marketing assets.
  • Create and edit Reels, Shorts, and social clips using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools.
  • Support Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns, including campaign setup, lead-flow management, and lead-quality monitoring.
  • Document workflows and continuously reduce manual marketing and operational work through scalable automation.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
  • Proven experience building lead-generation funnels, CRM workflows and pipelines, email and SMS automations, booking systems, and nurture sequences.
  • Strong ManyChat experience, particularly with Instagram DM automation.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and traffic-to-lead-to-booking workflows.
  • Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Experience repurposing content and producing short-form social content.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot automation, integrations, and lead-flow issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and written English communication.
  • Ability to work during U.S. EST business hours.
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads, conversion-rate optimization, or scaling inbound lead-generation systems (preferred).
  • Experience with HeyGen, AI-generated video, advanced prompt engineering, APIs, or supporting founders, coaches, agencies, or online businesses (preferred).
