Description

  • Establish and execute a strong operational cadence that supports business growth and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead the AI transformation for RevOps and go-to-market workflows, driving adoption across GTM teams.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows, automations, and agent-assisted processes.
  • Refine and standardize processes, policies, and workflows with GTM leadership and functional stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes to strengthen operational excellence.
  • Own the selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and technologies supporting GTM and revenue operations.
  • Oversee CRM systems and related sales tools, including Salesforce, Gong, Loopio, and SPIFF.
  • Lead system consolidation, migration, and implementation projects to improve data quality and reduce operational friction.
  • Design and manage sales incentive compensation programs, including approvals and communication of plan changes.
  • Manage opex and headcount budget tracking and annual planning for the GTM organization.
  • Collaborate with peers to establish best practices and promote knowledge sharing across GTM Operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals and support a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing a complex Sales Operations function in a FinTech or modern payments environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.
  • Experience researching, developing, and deploying sales tools, technologies, and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software compensation structures, including quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in territory management, sales account coverage, sales crediting, and compensation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and recommendation synthesis.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing effectively in operations.
  • Ability to communicate detailed analysis and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience managing a team supporting $1B+ in revenue.
  • Proven success providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations within a fintech sales environment.
  • Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance.
  • Must be highly results-driven and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $187,000-$233,800 for National, $202,400-$253,000 for Premium, and $220,000-$275,000 for Premium Plus locations.
