Description

  • Own Margaux's end-to-end growth strategy through forecasting, pacing, performance reporting, KPI definitions, weekly business reviews, and action plans tied to revenue and contribution margin.
  • Lead end-to-end management of paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Design and run AI-driven systems for creative generation, bid optimization, and identifying arbitrage opportunities.
  • Own retention and lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, including strategy, segmentation, flow architecture, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
  • Own conversion rate optimization in partnership with eCommerce by building, testing, and iterating high-converting funnels.
  • Own the marketing tracking system and maintain accurate attribution so decisions are based on contribution margin and not vanity metrics.
  • Use low-code tools and AI to automate reporting, bid management, and creative iteration across channels.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap across creative, offers, audiences, and onsite journeys.
  • Own growth budget allocation and channel investment strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and emerging channels.
  • Create cross-functional ways of working that reduce bottlenecks and improve speed to market with clear owners, timelines, and decision rights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven record of driving profitable DTC growth.
  • Experience building or implementing AI-driven systems for creative, bidding, reporting, or experimentation.
  • Deep fluency across paid channels and full-funnel strategy, including acquisition, CRO, and lifecycle/retention.
  • Experience with DTC performance measurement and modern analytics stacks such as Shopify, GA4, and attribution tools like Northbeam.
  • Experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo is a bonus.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve tracking, reporting, and data governance.
  • Comfort operating against contribution margin, payback periods, and inventory constraints.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions for senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and operate as a true business owner.
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Passion for Margaux's mission, aesthetic, and customer.
