Description

  • Own the AI-in-GTM strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Lead build-vs-buy decisions for major AI investments and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Define governance standards for AI solutions, including what reaches production and how systems are maintained and monitored.
  • Design reusable GTM infrastructure such as connectors, MCP servers, and data pipelines that bring AI insights into tools like Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Google Drive, Marketo, and Snowflake.
  • Run AI pilots from proof of concept through scaled adoption, including Voice AI SDR, inbound enrichment, Intercom AI chat, outbound prospecting, and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives.
  • Drive AI enablement and adoption across marketing and sales through phased workflow changes and practical adoption paths.
  • Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for production AI, including prompt evals, agent benchmarking, regression testing, and quality scoring.
  • Align cross-functional partners across Demand Gen, SDR Ops, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and Engineering on roadmaps, data contracts, and success metrics.
  • Represent the function in quarterly business reviews, investment requests, and executive presentations that connect technical work to business outcomes.
  • Mentor AI Solutions Specialists and embedded GTM engineers while staying hands-on by designing, building, and deploying custom AI agents and workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, GTM engineering, systems, or operations, including 4+ years in GTM Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
  • Proven experience owning AI or GTM strategy end-to-end from problem identification through deployment and measurable revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in production.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience with AI APIs and agent frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini, LangChain, CrewAI, RAG, and MCP.
  • Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, Clay, and Zapier.
  • Strong technical fundamentals in SQL, scripting with Python or JavaScript, API integrations, webhook design, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including prompt evals, output quality scoring, agent benchmarking, and regression testing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Bias toward structured, hypothesis-driven pilots and stepping-stone adoption rather than mandate-to-automation.
  • Demonstrated Clay experience and fluency with modern martech stacks, including automation tools, CDPs, CRMs, and data warehouses.

  • Competitive compensation with salary ranges of $115,000-$184,000 in Zone A, $100,000-$160,000 in Zone B, and $90,000-$144,000 in Zone C.
