Description

  • Own the company website end to end, including traffic, engagement, domain authority, conversion rates, MQL/SQL generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously optimize website structure, content, UX, and conversion paths to improve revenue performance.
  • Lead technical SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across traditional search, AI answer engines, and generative search experiences.
  • Manage an external web development agency and provide technical direction, sprint priorities, quality standards, and delivery oversight.
  • Lead major website initiatives such as platform migrations from evaluation and planning through QA, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Oversee the global paid media program through a direct report and align campaigns to pipeline and regional demand generation goals.
  • Partner with paid media agency partners to optimize spend allocation, channel mix, and performance across search, display, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive a culture of CRO and experimentation by maintaining a structured testing roadmap across landing pages, CTAs, forms, site architecture, and user flows.
  • Collaborate with content, campaigns, product marketing, and regional demand generation teams to execute integrated digital campaigns and localized programs.
  • Lead and develop the digital team, set goals and accountability structures, and manage agency relationships that support digital motions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies, with emphasis on website management, SEO, and demand generation.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience at the Director level or equivalent, including managing onshore and offshore teams.
  • Proven track record of owning a company website as a pipeline generation engine with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong working proficiency in Webflow as a CMS and web platform.
  • Deep expertise in SEO and emerging search disciplines including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Experience managing global paid media programs across search, display, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools and technologies into digital marketing workflows.
  • Experience managing third-party agency relationships across paid media, SEO, and web development.
  • Familiarity with CRO methodologies and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed organization with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams.

  • Base salary range of $158,130 to $215,000.
