Description

  • Convert mid-market opportunities to March Networks through channel partners and direct engagement with end users.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage relationships with systems integrators, VARs, and strategic partners.
  • Drive channel sales by developing partner relationships and promoting March Networks solutions to sales teams.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing programs to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Support channel partner representatives with product positioning, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Expand partner services opportunities and champion partner interests internally.
  • Set short-term and long-term sales strategies and communicate promotions to prospects and customers.
  • Maintain prospect and customer records, prepare forecasts, and assess market and competitor activity.
  • Submit sales activity reports, accurate rolling 360-day project forecasts, and field feedback on products and market trends.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience or experience in networks, client/server environments, or CCTV/video surveillance.
  • Proven channel sales success in the territory.
  • Previous experience working successfully from a home-based office.
  • Exceptional communication, written, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong project management and technical aptitude.
  • Solid understanding of commercial transactions and sales business.
  • Experience selling solutions to both business and technical clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team- and project-oriented activities.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to new ideas and approaches.
