Description

Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to understand user needs, challenge ideas, and co-create solutions.
Own features end-to-end from initial concept through release and beyond.
Contribute to fast-paced production delivery while balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
Bring informed opinions and challenge the status quo when it improves the product.
Share knowledge through pair programming, thoughtful code reviews, and team mentoring.
Help improve engineering practices across the team, including delivery, testing, observability, and monitoring.
Participate in the full development cycle within a squad responsible for a specific business domain.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience.
First experience in a product company such as SaaS, fintech, or marketplace.
Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
Comfort working with complex backend architecture, APIs, and data models.
First experience with TypeScript.
Willingness and ability to learn Nuxt and Vue.js.
Product-minded approach focused on understanding the 'why' behind features and owning delivery end-to-end.
Excellent knowledge of modern architecture with the pragmatism to ship appropriate solutions quickly.
Experience owning the full lifecycle of delivery, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and monitoring.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
