Description

  • Design and develop LLM-powered extraction pipelines using consensus, grounding, and verification techniques.
  • Align extracted attributes with the PriCat standard for consistency and ERP compatibility.
  • Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, cost, and latency using observability tools.
  • Develop AI capabilities with Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Document Intelligence.
  • Create prompt templates and structured generation workflows with Jinja2.
  • Rebuild and enhance the web application with Next.js and React based on design mockups.
  • Implement user-facing PDF grounding and evidence-validation features.
  • Support French-speaking users by resolving issues and delivering fixes and small features.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for application quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering experience focused on AI engineering and full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience building AI-powered applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and LangChain.
  • Experience developing LLM workflows or information extraction pipelines.
  • Knowledge of document processing, structured extraction, grounding, and output validation.
  • Experience evaluating AI solutions using quality, cost, and latency metrics.
  • Familiarity with LLM observability tools, particularly Langfuse.
  • Experience with React and Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Jinja2 or similar templating approaches.
  • Experience with automated testing and production troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, ERP integrations, PDF annotation, multilingual environments, or AI monitoring is preferred.
