Description

  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing against defined lead qualification criteria.
  • Generate new-logo pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads.
  • Use phone, email, and social networking to connect with prospects, identify needs, and qualify interest.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between sales-ready prospects and Account Executives.
  • Use prospecting and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage new contacts in Salesforce to maintain accurate CRM data for long-term pipeline development.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to prospects and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or SDR roles.
  • University degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid understanding of social media tools such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfort with change and a self-starter mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Preferred familiarity with the lead funnel process, including lead generation, lead follow-up, and lead tracking.
  • Preferred experience with lead prospecting software tools and/or chatbot monitoring.
