Description

  • Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams in the $30K-$250K ACV range.
  • Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to reach brokers, team leaders, and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how brokerages operate, make technology decisions, and grow their businesses.
  • Create qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives using clear discovery and qualification criteria.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline from scratch through consistent self-prospecting and follow-up.
  • Track activity, analyze results, and refine outreach approaches to improve conversion.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to improve targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role using phone, email, or social outreach.
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, confident telephone presence.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives without a playbook and can build a pipeline independently.
  • Persistent and resourceful, with creative ways to reach hard-to-access decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting priorities and high ownership expectations.
  • Strong project management habits and the ability to stay organized across multiple accounts, channels, and follow-up sequences.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000-$60,000.
  • On-target earnings of $75,000-$110,000 including base and commission.
