Description

  • Prospect clinics and health systems through high-volume, multi-channel outreach to decision makers.
  • Book discovery meetings and build a qualified pipeline.
  • Run discovery conversations, map prospect pain points to Luma Health’s value, handle objections, and secure next steps.
  • Manage quota performance by tracking meeting volume and pipeline velocity metrics.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Marketing on targeted campaigns and share market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including activity, notes, and next steps.
  • Use coaching and feedback to refine messaging and improve performance over time.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, BDR, or a role with standout achievement outside of sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Demonstrated drive, resilience, and ability to bounce back from rejection.
  • Curiosity and empathy with the ability to ask sharp questions and tailor value to each prospect.
  • Organized, self-managed, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Ability to learn and use Salesforce, outreach tools, and LinkedIn Navigator quickly.
  • History of over-achieving and performing at a high level as an individual or on a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
