Description

  • Own and improve core HR systems such as ZenHR and related government portals to keep data accurate and up to date.
  • Drive automation across People operations to reduce manual work in contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, and employee records.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding runs smoothly, from contract creation and system access to first-day readiness.
  • Work with People Ops, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to maintain data consistency across workflows.
  • Monitor payroll inputs and identify inconsistencies early, especially in compensation structures and benefits configurations.
  • Maintain government portal processes to support compliance and accurate employee documentation.
  • Own data integrity across HR systems by preventing duplicate records, broken workflows, and avoidable data debt.
  • Build and maintain clear documentation and user guides for the wider People team.
  • Identify workflow gaps and propose faster, more scalable ways of working.
  • Support reporting needs by ensuring systems can produce accurate HR and People metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles.
  • Experience with HR platform implementation or system management is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with HR platforms such as ZenHR, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of compensation structures and ability to spot inconsistent data.
  • Comfort working with government portals and structured compliance workflows, or ability to adapt quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch broken data and inconsistent records.
  • Strong systems thinking and interest in simplifying complex workflows.
  • Ability to work in partially automated environments and improve processes over time.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with People Ops, Finance, and HR leadership.
  • Organized, structured, and deadline-driven with a practical, no-nonsense approach.
