Description

  • Guide customers through the full Lucid journey from initial sales engagement to transaction completion and vehicle delivery.
  • Assess customer needs through personalized interactions and targeted questioning.
  • Use product knowledge to recommend tailored Lucid vehicle solutions.
  • Study competitor models, pricing, and packages to help position Lucid effectively.
  • Build, maintain, and manage customer relationships and a robust sales pipeline.
  • Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and maintain consistent engagement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Conduct test drives and clearly communicate key selling points of Lucid vehicles.
  • Support financing and leasing applications, including monitoring documents, application status, and vehicle readiness.
  • Coordinate with Lucid Financial Services and Delivery teams to facilitate registration, payment, and smooth order-to-delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant commission-based sales experience, including building and managing a customer pipeline.
  • Retail automotive sales and desking experience is highly desired.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and retail business systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Interest in electric vehicles, premium vehicles, and the competitive automotive landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer test drives.
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
  • Ability to obtain required state DMV licensing where applicable.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform twisting, bending, squatting, and reaching tasks.
