Description

  • Assess customer needs through personalized conversations and targeted questions.
  • Present Lucid products and help customers understand competitive alternatives.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain consistent follow-up through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct test drives and highlight key selling points of Lucid vehicles.
  • Support order-to-delivery coordination, including financing and leasing applications.
  • Monitor application status, submitted documents, vehicle readiness, and delivery timing.
  • Handle registration and payment due at signing, and support smooth transaction completion.
  • Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers before and during the delivery process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a commission-based environment.
  • Experience building and managing a customer pipeline.
  • Retail automotive sales and desking experience is highly desired.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and retail business systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual sales goals.
  • Interest in electric vehicles, the premium vehicle market, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong oral, written, and active listening communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
  • Ability to obtain required state DMV licensing, where applicable.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.
  • Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, and reaching.
