Description

  • Own quarterly and annual revenue quotas and generate a meaningful portion of your own pipeline.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert merchant prospects using a consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support data integrity and efficient sales processes.
  • Share market insights with marketing, merchant success, and product teams to inform go-to-market and product decisions.
  • Sell to multiple stakeholder groups, including customer experience, technical, product, and account teams.
  • Partner with internal domain experts to scope needs and clarify support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with Sales Development Representatives and help coach and mentor them to improve performance.
  • Nurture and re-engage old leads, prospect on platforms such as LinkedIn, and move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and external stakeholders to source, win, and advance deals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • 5-8 years of overall SaaS experience with a consistent record of growth and success.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals year over year.
  • Examples of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales Engineers, Marketing, and SDRs.
  • Experience using AI to support sales process and pipeline generation.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Claude.
  • Ability to clearly explain your sales process and forecasting approach.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and data management experience.
  • Experience working at a startup or through multiple stages of rapid growth.
  • Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, or the post-purchase ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Experience selling logistics, cross-border, or commerce solutions is a major plus.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom, preferably the London area, and able to work 100% remotely within the UK.
