Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional and senior account managers across multiple geographies.
  • Own the global account management strategy for retention, net revenue retention, upsell, cross-sell, and sales partnership practices.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic global accounts and build C-suite and VP-level relationships.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support the customer journey from sale through renewal and expansion.
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that improve account health, customer lifetime value, and churn reduction.
  • Analyze account performance data and market trends to identify risks, forecast outcomes, and surface growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure consistent account management execution across global markets.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for product and service improvements.
  • Build and present executive-level quarterly and business reviews with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility for renewal and expansion revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience managing global or multi-regional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding net revenue retention, retention, and expansion targets in a startup environment.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships.
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise accounts across multiple industries and geographies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required, up to 20%.
  • Experience in logistics or global supply chain is a strong plus.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.

  • $170,000 - $200,000 annual base salary.
