Description

  • Select missions based on your preferences and profile.
  • Visit stores or complete online evaluations from home.
  • Interact with sales associates during in-store visits when required.
  • Assess store atmosphere, service quality, and the overall customer experience.
  • Provide structured feedback through the dedicated platform in survey format.
  • Report findings fairly and accurately based on the mission requirements.
  • Participate in multiple evaluation missions each month when available.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a current user of premium or luxury brands.
  • Must not have any current work contract with any brand to preserve evaluation neutrality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must have strong observation skills and an interest in customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete profile information and identity verification.
  • Must pass the General Certification to access missions.
