Description

  • Build and grow relationships with assigned clients, with a primary focus on Audio services for media, entertainment, and video games.
  • Drive new business generation for Audio Development and related audio services.
  • Work with the Media & Entertainment division and Business Development Representatives to identify prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute sales development strategies for prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in coordination with the M&E team.
  • Represent the company at qualified trade conferences and provide on-stand support at events.
  • Follow the company’s sales methodology and produce required sales reports.
  • Support some account management for existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate across a central global business development function to support service lines.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience selling Audio services, ideally in media & entertainment and/or video games.
  • Proven success in generating new business and meeting agreed sales targets.
  • Degree or Master’s in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of audio services market trends, competitor activity, industry dynamics, and customer direction.
  • Experience networking and building relationships with large multinational clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in a remote environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required and work with senior executive contacts.
