Description

  • Work directly with clients to analyze business problems and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop, customize, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Design solutions across Salesforce products and clouds based on client requirements and project needs.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Apply software engineering best practices including object-oriented design, source control, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD.
  • Develop software and integration components using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
  • Design and implement solutions that integrate Salesforce with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Create automated tests and maintain Salesforce code coverage while ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, administrators, product teams, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Adapt across multiple clients, industries, Salesforce implementations, and technical stacks while building client trust.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and declarative platform capabilities.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language outside the Salesforce ecosystem, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, including Salesforce and at least one major public cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, or other enterprise integration approaches.
  • Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and modern Salesforce development and deployment practices.
  • Salesforce-specific certifications are strongly preferred, such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical problems and design practical, scalable solutions.
  • Interest in consulting and comfort working across industries, technical environments, and client engagements.
  • Ability to submit a short note about yourself, a work experience summary, and public profile links such as GitHub or LinkedIn during the application process.
