Description

  • Lead and mentor Salesforce Administrators by assigning work, providing direction, and fostering collaboration.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Salesforce customizations, including objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Oversee technical delivery from requirements gathering through implementation with business partners and system integrators.
  • Handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and configure and optimize the Salesforce instance.
  • Lead projects affecting Salesforce or Salesforce data flows.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices, automation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled process enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee Salesforce integrations with services including HubSpot, Crossbeam, Outreach, Responsive, Pendo, Workato, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Salesforce or enterprise systems experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail concerning data accuracy, system reliability, compliance, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Deep understanding of business processes.
  • Project management knowledge and the ability to deliver multiple projects on schedule.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
