Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Vertex, and n8n/MuleSoft.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Build and maintain SOAP/REST integrations connecting Salesforce with billing, ERP, tax, and third-party systems.
  • Develop proactive monitoring, alerting, and standard operating procedures for QTC integration health.
  • Partner with product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements in an Agile environment.
  • Support applications within SOX compliance controls and rigorous change-management processes.
  • Establish engineering standards focused on platform reliability, performance, and serviceability.
  • Evaluate emerging capabilities such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-assisted order processing.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and Architecture Review Board activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cross-functional communication, collaboration, and operational alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience, including Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Deep Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue company.
  • Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience with quoting, pricing rules, order generation, and approval workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external billing, ERP, tax, and third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs and n8n or MuleSoft.
  • Understanding of ASC 606, subscription billing, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
  • Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and/or NetSuite ERP.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, threat modeling, least-privilege, and zero-trust access models.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRabit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred qualifications include Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, SOX/ITGC, Vertex, and relevant Salesforce certifications.
