Description

  • Administer Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and licenses.
  • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Flow automation.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business teams.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
  • Own data quality, including deduplication and Data Loader imports and exports.
  • Install, configure, and support AppExchange packages and third-party Salesforce integrations.
  • Manage sandbox releases, document changes, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain Salesforce documentation and train users to support adoption.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience owning an org.
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience building and troubleshooting multi-step automation.
  • Confidence using Data Loader and preparing and cleaning data for import.
  • Ability to independently build reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical constraints and challenging problematic requests.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • UK work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
  • Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification, formerly Advanced Administrator, preferred.
  • Experience consolidating systems or Salesforce orgs after acquisitions preferred.
  • Experience with document generation or contract tools such as Conga preferred.
  • Experience supporting direct and partner sales channels or distributed development teams preferred.
