Description

  • Lead client projects, conduct discovery sessions, build relationships, and manage end-to-end delivery.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, and third-party applications.
  • Use VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and AI coding assistants for configuration, system analysis, and development while validating changes before deployment.
  • Develop data migration and systems integration strategies for complex client environments.
  • Guide internal quality assurance and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Developers, and Executives to identify and manage project risks.
  • Stay current with technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to nonprofit organizations.
  • Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and deliver creative, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience delivering complex client projects.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
  • Technical judgment to review and validate AI-generated changes before deployment.
  • Strong English fluency and excellent presentation, client-facing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and initiative to experiment with new tools and navigate complex technology environments.
  • Experience with Agentforce or Agentforce Nonprofit Cloud (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (preferred).
  • Experience creating reusable prompts or custom skills in Claude (preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, or related certifications; knowledge of grant management, program management, impact measurement, or fundraising (preferred).
