Description

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from CRM systems, marketing platforms, and other sources to identify trends and KPIs.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Track sales metrics and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts using historical data, pipeline health, and market trends.
  • Explore and apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve revenue operations efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on insights and improve processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow enhancements, to increase scalability.
  • Work cross-functionally to influence stakeholders across IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
  • Prior experience using Looker or similar BI tools to build scalable dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and narratives.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including data structures, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across teams such as IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
