Description

  • Drive revenue growth in Central and Eastern Europe by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve win rates and speed to revenue.
  • Translate market insights into country and segment plans and align internal teams around priority opportunities.
  • Own lead qualification and pipeline health, including prospect qualification, Salesforce hygiene, close plans, and stage integrity.
  • Forecast and report performance through accurate pipeline tracking, KPI reporting, and market signal analysis.
  • Deliver competitive intelligence to inform strategy, strengthen positioning, and protect revenue in key markets.
  • Improve sales and partnership processes by creating repeatable playbooks and templates that reduce friction and cycle time.
  • Run Innovation Centres to build demand, generate pipeline, secure references, and accelerate procurement readiness.
  • Execute account strategies that align Axon’s solutions to customer workflows, address challenges, and support retention and expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, sales operations, commercial programs, partnerships, or revenue operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal teams and partners.
  • Highly structured self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional European languages are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
