Description

  • Drive revenue pipeline growth by exceeding monthly targets for booking high-quality meetings with potential customers.
  • Conduct strategic outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, video messaging, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives and Marketing on account strategy, renewal timelines, whitespace, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within key divisions, subsidiaries, and global business units of existing enterprise customers.
  • Learn and communicate Level Access’ value proposition to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and prospect engagement.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and activity records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while consistently executing against sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of outbound sales development experience.
  • Proven success prospecting or selling into enterprise or strategic companies with $1B+ annual revenue.
  • Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales development or prospecting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Relentless drive for personal and professional growth and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • Grit, resilience, coachability, and a competitive drive are highly valued.
  • Experience working with decision-makers and stakeholders is preferred.
