Description

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations function across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Ops, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev & Integrations.
  • Manage pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design and assignment, lead routing, and deal operations across enterprise, mid-market, and growth segments.
  • Oversee renewal and expansion operations across the client lifecycle in partnership with Client Services and Creator Success.
  • Establish and maintain operating cadences including weekly performance reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Serve as the senior operational partner to the CRO, CMO, CFO, and other cross-functional leaders on go-to-market execution.
  • Own revenue enablement strategy, including tools, content, training, and operational support for go-to-market teams.
  • Evaluate and modernize the tech stack through consolidation, migration, and implementation projects.
  • Redesign processes that have outgrown their original design and introduce AI-powered workflows and automations.
  • Partner with data leadership to ensure operational systems feed clean, structured data into business intelligence and AI infrastructure.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, set priorities across sub-functions, and build a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations at a SaaS, marketplace, or technology company.
  • 5+ years leading operations functions at the senior manager, director, or VP level, including manager-of-managers responsibility.
  • Prior experience as a VP or senior-most operations leader at a high-growth technology company, or clear readiness for that level.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, renewal operations, and marketing operations.
  • Experience building or overseeing revenue enablement programs, content, and operational support.
  • Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and rationalizing technology platforms.
  • Advanced hands-on proficiency with Salesforce; experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in operational work, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or agent frameworks.
  • Strong financial acumen, including bookings forecasting, ARR/MRR modeling, and unit economics.
  • Experience operating across multiple segments and GTM motions, including enterprise, mid-market, SMB/growth.
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management across C-suite, board, sales, marketing, and services.
  • Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, marketplace, or affiliate/performance marketing, preferred.
  • Familiarity with creator-side operations, HubSpot, creator lifecycle management, or GMV attribution, preferred.
  • Track record of building or scaling a Dev & Integrations or systems team within an operations function, preferred.
  • Experience with AI automation platforms such as Gumloop or Zapier AI, preferred.
  • Background in a PE-backed or pre-IPO environment with board-level reporting expectations, preferred.
  • Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as Clay or ZoomInfo, preferred.
