Description

  • Research, identify, and contact potential customers through email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and evaluating fit for Cutterpillar’s products and services.
  • Accurately log prospect interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and hand off qualified leads.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Follow up persistently with leads to keep them engaged through the sales funnel.
  • Track and meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, engagement, and other KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Availability to work US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT.
