Description

  • Handle 40+ primarily outbound phone calls per day and conduct 10–15 meaningful customer conversations daily.
  • Place orders directly over the phone and close transactions with customers.
  • Advise customers on products and services during live conversations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of B2B customers.
  • Support customer retention through proactive outreach.
  • Document customer interactions and activities accurately in the CRM.
  • Track performance against orders placed, upsells, and product packages sold.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in phone-based, customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Prior experience placing orders or closing transactions.
  • CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or near-native).
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Experience with objection handling and consultative selling.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with B2B customers.
  • Background in high-volume call environments.
