Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and grow existing accounts.
  • Drive revenue retention and growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Concepting, Estimating, Solutions, Engineering, LTS, and other departments to deliver the full KPI solution.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs, pain points, organizational structure, decision-making process, and buying criteria.
  • Deliver customer presentations that communicate the value proposition of KPI’s solutions, products, and services.
  • Build and pursue long-term account strategies that maximize KPI profit and customer ROI.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close multifaceted sales with C-suite executives.
  • Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or an advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success performing the key responsibilities of the role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple accounts in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives to prospect, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Regular travel required, approximately 50-75% as needed.
