Description

  • Run and monitor production agent pipeline sessions, diagnose failures, and resolve issues without escalating to the function lead.
  • Execute long-running batch processes in Claude Code and tmux, interpret logs, and verify data integrity before downstream handoff.
  • Maintain pipeline orchestration scripts and configuration, and extend agent coverage as new data elements are prioritized.
  • Refine detection rules, prompt logic, and confidence thresholds based on output analysis and error patterns.
  • Evaluate agent accuracy by segment and recommend evidence-based workflow or rule changes.
  • Run vendor-versus-AI enrichment bake-offs to optimize cost, coverage, and accuracy.
  • Own the handoff from Sentinel outputs to offshore triage queues, including queue structure, priority tiers, and resolution instructions.
  • Monitor offshore resolution quality and throughput, and close the feedback loop to reduce false positives and improve precision.
  • Design and run AI-assisted enrichment workflows with evidence links, confidence thresholds, and audit controls.
  • Keep data dictionaries, SOPs, and runbooks current as processes and agents evolve.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with hands-on ownership of account and contact data quality.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake SQL for querying, analysis, and validation.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, including the object model, field configuration, and data flows.
  • Working experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM-based tooling in an operational context.
  • Experience designing and running AI-assisted enrichment workflows such as Clay plus LLM prompts.
  • Comfort working in command-line environments, including tmux, shell scripts, log analysis, and batch monitoring.
  • A process design mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes and strong written communication.
  • Experience with account/contact data vendors such as D&B, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or StoreLeads, preferred.
  • Python experience for QA scripting, sampling, or light automation, preferred.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, confidence scoring, and AI guardrails, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $124,000 to $186,000 USD.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in the total compensation package.
