Description

  • Proactively source and qualify outbound leads through personalized outreach across email, phone, video, and social channels.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives by applying BANT qualification and delivering clear handoff notes.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to create meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and outreach channels to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Use prospecting and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Vidyard, Vidu, Aircall, and HubSpot to drive outbound engagement.
  • Enroll leads in prospecting campaigns and follow up consistently across multiple channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Accept and work leads assigned by sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
  • Recommend process and tooling improvements that increase outbound effectiveness.
  • Prepare for 1:1s in advance, share updates, and act on coaching feedback.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or outreach-focused role, or completion of a relevant sales bootcamp.
  • Results-oriented mindset with confidence in cold calling, written outreach, social media outreach, and video outreach.
  • Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in technology and SaaS.
  • Prior experience or basic knowledge of hosting or cloud infrastructure is preferred.
  • Sales development certificate or relevant coursework is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, or other prospecting tools is preferred.
  • Fluency in a second Kinsta language beyond English is preferred; target languages include Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Japanese.
